How it works
Send us the pieces you no longer want and we will send credit towards your next order. Credit is based on condition rather than age — a ten-year-old wallet in good shape is worth more to us than a new one that has been left in a pocket.
- Up to 25% of the current retail value in store credit
- Credit has no expiry date
- Applied at checkout or issued as a code
What qualifies
Any Veloro piece counts, including pieces bought elsewhere as long as we make the model. We also accept competitor pieces from makers we respect.
- Full-grain or vegetable-tanned leather pieces
- Bifold, card holder, keychain, belt and travel models
- One piece per order, up to three per year
Condition
We grade honestly and in the open: the estimate in your confirmation email is the final offer. We will not downgrade a piece to reduce the credit after it arrives.
- Grade A — light patina, no structural wear
- Grade B — visible wear, seams intact
- Grade C — significant wear; recycling only, no credit
What happens to your pieces
Pieces that cannot be repaired are separated for the offcut programme: linings and small panels are reused in new products, and the remainder is sent to a local studio for further work. We do not shred usable material for convenience.
