Hosting

This site is hosted on infrastructure located in the United Arab Emirates and Europe. The host processes technical data — the IP address and request time needed to deliver a page — on our behalf, under a data-processing agreement, and does not use it for its own purposes.

Intellectual property

You do not need a lawyer to use the mediator, and using it does not stop you from taking the matter to court afterwards if you are still not satisfied.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the site accurate but cannot guarantee that every page is complete or current at the moment you read it. Content may change without notice.

We are not liable for outages, access failures, or damage caused by intrusion or malware beyond our reasonable control. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Governing law

This website and any purchase made through it are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the federal and Emirate-level legislation on electronic commerce and consumer protection applicable to a business established in Dubai.
